I read this a few weeks ago, but still chuckle at times when I think of it, so I thought I'd share it.

Subject: In Remembrance...

With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the
moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very
important person which almost went unnoticed last week.

Larry La Prise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Pokey," died
peacefully at age 93.

The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the
coffin.

They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started.........

Ahh yes, that's a classic. The funeral took upwards of 3 hours, I believe

I always associate this joke with the death of the Pillsbury doughboy. The funeral was held for one hour at 350 degrees. Appearing at the funeral were the likes of Betty Crocker, Ms. Butterworth, The Gingerbread Man, and surprisingly enough, King Arthur.

aaaaahahahahahah

so in summary i guess its fairly safe to conclude that none of the three of us have anything resembling a life?

I wouldnt exactly say that, but I would say at times I am amused by simple things.

Hahhaa...

Paul,

I'm not sure if you've heard of Beth Moore, but she's a famous Christian author and speaker. I had the privledge of seeing her speak in Houston. She goes, "Repeat after me, 'YOU DO THE HOKEY POKEY, AND YOU TURN YOURSELF AROUND. THAT'S WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT!'"

Of course, she was referring to the Christian walk, but I just thought that to be classic.
